How long have you been racing and how did you get started?
I have been racing for almost 3 years now. My family has never really been into racing, but it was something that I found myself attracted to as I began high school. My dad decided he would take me down to Atlanta Motor Speedway and let me test drive a legend car. Once we met Mr. Ragan, the rest was history!

What is your memorable racing moment this season?
I had many great memories made this season, so it's hard to choose the most memorable, but winning my first Summer Shootout race in Round 3 is something I'll never forget. I remember the entire race start to finish. It was so important to me because a win in Charlotte really validates your entire season.

What advice do you have for the next group of drivers following behind you?
My first piece of advice is to be dedicated and to always be honest with yourself. You also need to surround yourself with the best people possible who want to see you succeed.

What are your plans for the 2019 season?
I'll be racing with DGR-Crosley through the 2019 season on the CARS Tour and NASCAR K&N East Pro Series.

What does this championship season mean to you?
The championship means a lot to me because it shows all of the amount of effort that was put in throughout the entire season. The most important part to me was winning it for everyone who helped me succeed this year.

What was the biggest struggle you were able to overcome this season?
I was truly blessed to have not had that many struggles this season. I was surrounded by great people who helped me improve every race. The toughest part about this season was definitely competing against Sammy Smith, DJ Canipe, and Connor Mosack almost everywhere we went.

Who would you like to thank?
I have tons of great people to thank for this year: my parents, my grandparents, Mark Nahrstedt, Scott Moseley, Peyton Saxton, William Plemons III, Mike Weed, Mr. Ragan, and everyone at US Legend Cars.
