In the past four weeks, six Cook Out Summer Shootout rounds have been completed. Tuesday night at America's Home for Racing started a final four-week stretch of four rounds, but Mother Nature ultimately had other plans for the skies above Concord, North Carolina and the night ended early.

The Bandits Feature started out with Roo Reaves taking control early at Charlotte Motor Speedway, with the national points leader in Lucas Harrison right on his tail. Harrison tried to find space while exiting both turns two and three, but Reaves kept it steady and held his lead. It looked like it was going to be a battle between Reaves and Harrison for the win, but a yellow flag with five laps to go put Maverick Bradshaw in the conversation. With Harrison choosing the inside line on the restart behind Reaves, Bradshaw took full advantage of his front row starting spot as he cleared Reaves heading into Turn 1 to claim the lead. After Bradshaw claimed the lead, he never lost it, as he took his fourth Summer Shootout win of the year.

Two former winners in Carson Sherman and Carson Cauble led the field to green in a green-to-checkered Outlaw division Feature. Just three laps in, Sherman had already extended his lead to well over a second over Lucas McFall, who moved up to second. As the race went on, Sherman stayed out front, there were good battles for position throughout the field behind him. As the rest of the field dueled, Sherman cruised to his third straight victory, and fifth overall in the 2026 Summer Shootout.

Delaney Gray led the Chargers B Feature pack to the green in what shaped up to be a caution-filled race. Gray had a commanding lead, but a great restart by Justin Dittrich set him up to take the lead. Dittrich had pressure from behind, though, as Nova Palermo gave it all she had. Palermo made one last effort as she drag raced Dittrich to the finish line, but the number 7 of Dittrich took the win by a nose.

It was a smooth sailing race in the Beginner Bandolero A main before a big pile up collected about half of the field nearing five laps to go. This pile-up set up a four-lap shootout with Ryan Hoffacker setting the pace. Although Gio Anderlini was in Hoffacker’s mirrors after taking the Booth 34 Fastest Qualifying lap, Hoffacker could not be caught as he took the win and graduated from the Beginner Bandoleros.

The Beginner Bandolero B Feature got off to a hectic start, with the top two of Daxx Halpin and Rowen Truett getting stuck together heading into turn one three laps in. With this incident sending them to the back, it gave the keys to Jordyn Whitford, who was able to run away with the win.

The five remaining feature races (Chargers A, Young Lions, VP Racing Fuels Semi-Pro, Pro, and Dilling HVAC Masters) were postponed after weather moved into the area. They will be run on Tuesday, July 14th, ahead of the regularly scheduled Round 8 feature racing events and Charlotte Motor Speedway will celebrate Lug Nut's birthday! Replays of the first six rounds and the first five features of the seventh round can be streamed on FloRacing.com. Grandstands opens at 5pm on Tuesday, with Flo Racing coverage beginning at 6pm ET/3pm PT.
