The second round of the 2025 Cook Out Summer Shootout has been rescheduled for Monday, June 16. Bandoleros and Legend Cars will BOTH be included in Monday's Run of Show. Bandoleros will no longer have a double feature on Tuesday, June 17.
With the schedule change, Monday is now a Practice and Feature Racing Day. Gates will open at 11am, followed by practice for all eight divisions beginning at 1pm through 4pm. Qualifying will resume with ALL Outlaws beginning at 5pm. Qualifying times for Beginner Bando and Bandits that were completed on June 10 will carry over. Any driver not originally present or who didn't qualifying is welcome to register for Monday's racing activities. If you are a Beginner Bandolero or Bandit, you will tag the rear of the field.
Round 3 will continue as originally scheduled on Tuesday, June 17 with one round of qualifying and feature racing for all eight divisions. Please see a run of show for both Monday and Tuesday below.
MONDAY, JUNE 16 - ROUND 2
11am: Pit Gates Open
1-4pm: Practice – BB, B, O, C, YL, SP, P, M
4:30pm: Driver’s Meeting
5pm: Round 2 qualifying resumes with Outlaws, then Chargers, Young Lions, Semi-Pro, Pro, Masters (Beginner and Bandits qualifying for Round 2 have been completed, new entries can tag the rear.)

To Follow: Feature Racing (B Mains, Beginner B, Beginner A, Bandits, Outlaws, Chargers, Young Lions, Semi-Pro, Pro, Masters)
