2026 INEX Racing Series Rulebook Updates - Effective March 1, 2026
LEGEND CARS and BANDOLERO CARS:
- The 2026 INEX Racing Series Points season is February 9th through October 4th.
- All open membership issues or incomplete membership forms must be resovled within two week of the initial application. In this situtation, INEX points may only be added retroactively to the intial application date or up to two (2) weeks prior to the application being 100% complete. Whichever is shorter. e.i.r.i.
- Any filming within the TECH AREA must be approved by the INEX Tech Inspector.
- All Car weight rules will be checked with the DRIVER IN THE CAR (Total, right side and rear percentage).
LEGEND CARS:
- Logos identifying stock gauges must be visible.
- Any driver found in competition with internal modifications to the FZ09 or MT09 ECU or its programming, will be issued a 12-month suspension from all INEX-sanctioned events.
- Any driver found in competition with modifications to the FZ09 or MT09 throttle body casting or internal components of the throttle body, will be issued a 12-month suspension from all INEX-sanctioned events.
BANDOLEROS:
- Material used for foot risers can only be 10 LBS maximum.
- Carburetor mounting bolts (nuts) must be torqued to a minimum of 100 in. LBS.
NOTE: LEGEND CAR & BANDOLERO CAR DRIVERS. AS OF 1/1/2027, A 2020 OR NEWER SNELL SA RATED OR S.F.I. 24.1 RATED HELMET WILL BE REQUIRED.
The 2025 INEX Racing Series Rulebook will remain in effect through February 28, 2026.
