The first INEX national championship event of 2023 is the 26th Annual Bandolero Nationals. For the fifth time in event history, Charlotte Motor Speedway will host the single-day show on August 12.
Driver’s pursuing a national title in the Bandolero Outlaws or Bandits divisions must compete in the Bandolero Nationals to be eligible. Past Bandolero Nationals champions include current NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers Chandler Smith (Bandits 2013 and 2014) and Josh Williams (Bandits 2005), former NASCAR Cup Series driver David Ragan (Bandits 1998), and two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Joey Logano (Bandits 2000).
Gates will open at 8:00 a.m. ET with the first on-track activities beginning at 10:15 a.m. with practice, followed by qualifying, heat races, and main feature events. A Legend Car race will also take place at the conclusion of the three Bandolero feature races. Streaming coverage of the Bandolero Nationals will be on USLCI TV beginning with the start at qualifying, slated to begin at approximately 12:00 p.m. ET.
For individuals looking to attend the event as a spectator, pit passes will be sold at the garage toll booth/security shack in the speedway’s infield for $40. Please enter the track through the turn 3, gate 26 tunnel.
