The 2025 INEX Winter Nationals Semi-Pro champion didn't have as much success in 2026, but he still walked away with a victory. Team up with Amidon Motorsports at INEX national events, he aims to win as often as he can and in an ever competitive Semi-Pro division, the goal is a national championship at the end of the season.

1. How did you get your start in racing?

My dad was a tech man at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, so I helped him out a lot. I got in the flag stand and started waving flags. After doing some work in the flag stands, I decided that I wanted to get into a race car.

2. How did you get your number?

All throughout high school, my brother wore the number 60, and my dad wore number 61. So, when I played football, I also wore the number 60. It’s always been a family number.

3. Who is your biggest inspiration?

I would say Darren Amidon of Amidon Motorsports; We raced with him at the Summer Shootout last year, and he is a guy that never stops working on cars and he always wants more.

4. What is your favorite racing memory?

It was probably winning Winter Nationals in 2025, I went down with my dad, and it was just us versus everyone else. We were able to win the last two races, and it was a big memory because we are underdogs because we aren’t on a team compared to other drivers.

5. How do you get focused before a race?

The best way for me to get focused before a race is to get out of focus. I don’t like to get hyper focused because I feel like I will overthink or overcomplicate things. I like to either throw a football with friends or just talking with friends to get out of the loop of racing to not over think it.

6. How do you measure success while racing?

What I do off the track and on the track. How you carry yourself in the pits and being willing to help newer drivers. Neal Dulin is a guy who does that well so I try and be as open as I can with everyone. If they need help with the setup, driving line, or just someone to talk to I try and do that.

7. What was your 2026 Winter Nationals Experience like?

Definitely up and down. We qualified well every day, but I kept getting caught in different messes and overdriving the car. I wasn’t in the right head space at the beginning of the week.

8. What is your favorite track?

Huntsville Speedway in Huntsville Alabama. It’s a quarter-mile high bank, high speed track. It’s fun because you can just send it into turn one and wrap the bottom and you can’t see anything because you’re vibrating so much. In my opinion it’s the most fun.

9. What are your racing goals for 2026?

Win everything I can. I don’t know if a national championship will be lined up, but if I can win as much as I can that would be great.

10. If you could race at any track in the world, what would it be?

Probably Five Flags in Pensacola Florida in a Super Late Model. That’s the top tier for short track racing and it’s always been a dream to go and race that

11. What's the biggest lesson that racing has taught you in life?

Discipline, if you mess up in one corner you have to reset yourself and not do it again. Each lap is a new lap, and each day is a new day.

12. What are some of your hobbies outside of racing?

I like fishing, taking out my jet ski, and hunting. I am just a guy who likes the outdoors.
