1. How did you get your start in racing?

In 2018, I started doing go karts at K1 Speed and then I saw Summer Shootout and knew I wanted to do that. So last year I started in Summer Shootout and now I have been able to go all over the country racing.

2. How did you get the number 54?

My parents are from Virginia and are from the 540 area code. Having the number 54 is a reminder to me of where they are from and I also just like the number.

3. Who is your biggest inspiration?

My biggest inspiration is Dale Earnhardt Sr. because work his way up and worked hard. He did not start out with a lot of money or a ton of sponsors, but he earned his reputation by being a good driver and not letting anyone intimidate him.

4. What is your favorite racing memory?

I would say either winning my first race in Atlanta Motor Speedway or when the team went down to Huntsville [Motor Speedway] in Alabama and we qualified 1, 2, and 3.

5. How do you get focused before a race?

Most of the time I am able to sit alone and think about the details of what I have to do to best perform on the track.

6. What is your favorite track?

I would say Huntsville Motor Speedway. I am a little biased but it is really fun to race against the drivers there and it's really banked, which makes it really fun.

7. What is one place you would love to travel to for racing?

In Europe they have a lot of road course Legends racing, I think that would be really cool to go and race out there.

8. What name would you give your Bandolero?

Honestly, I haven't personally thought about that. But I am definitely open to recommendations if someone has any ideas!

9. When you are not racing, who is someone you cheer for while in the pits?

All of my teammates and then my friends that race Legends [cars]. I also always cheer for my favorite NASCAR drivers, Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney, and Sheldon Creed. There's a lot of people that I like to support and cheer for.

10. What is one skill outside of racing that you hope to master someday?

I mean, is there anything outside of racing? In all seriousness, I really am focused on improving and excelling in racing right now.

11. What are your ultimate racing goals?

Well first, I want to win a Bandolero National Championship. My overall goal though is to eventually make it to the NASCAR Cup Series.

12. How has this season prepared you for Bandolero Nationals?

Well I was able to get a lot of track time at Charlotte [Motor Speedway] through the Cook Out Summer Shootout. I raced well there, and got some good finishes, including getting second which has been my best finish there so far. I did a lot of races at Atlanta Motor Speedway and was pretty successful there too. Also doing Charlotte and Atlanta on iRacing has really prepared me to know how to hit my marks and help me do well.
